We are very happy to announce the release of a new version of Blast2GO. Version 3.2 comes with many new features and improvements. Blast2GO will update automatically if activated.   • Interactive GO Graphs:
    Blast2GO offers now interactive and highly customizable Gene Ontology graph visualizations. Adjust the graph structure, apply real-time filters and change the graph layout dynamically.
  • Support of the new NCBI BLAST+ XML2 Format:
    Blast2GO 3.2 comes with support for BLAST+ 2.2.31 results. You can generate or import XML2 or JSON files for improved Gene Ontology Mapping and taxonomy information.
  • Faster Gene Ontology Mapping:
    Blast2GO now allows Gene Ontology Mapping via optimized web services for BASIC and PRO users. This means that no special network configurations are needed for BASIC users. PRO user has access to faster mapping (30x).
  • New History Logs:
    An analysis history is now available for all Blast2GO files, providing a summary of your analysis, including parameters and performance details. This feature allows you to keep track of your analysis steps and progress.
  • And much more:
    Blast2GO 3.2 comes with many improvements and new features, including improved Gene Ontology imports for Gene Symbol, accession and GenBank ID lists; improved InterProScan XML import; possibility to merge Blast2GO files directly from within the FileManager; a new Generic-Export option for Top-Blast-Hit information as well as several new summary charts for the Gene Ontology Mapping and the InterPro step.
