BioBam returns to San Diegeo for another year. After many editions participating in The Plant & Animal Genome Conference (PAG), we are excited to host our own Industry Workshop for the first time. This special session will bring together our team and invited experts will walk through end-to-end workflows for functional analysis, transcriptomics, genetic variation, and long-read data, all without coding.
We will also present practical use cases in horticultural crops such as grapevine and citrus, showcasing diverse research applications. The session will conclude with a preview of upcoming features in OmicsBox, making this a valuable event for anyone working with plant or animal genomics
You will find us throughout the conference at Booth 203, and we invite you to join our workshop No-Code Bioinformatics: From Reads to Insights with OmicsBox.
What to Expect from the Workshop
Our workshop will guide attendees through the complete workflow from raw sequencing data to functional insights demonstrating how OmicsBox supports annotation, expression analysis, genetic variation detection, and long-read transcriptomics without the need for coding.
We will also showcase practical use cases across plant research, with a strong focus on horticultural and citrus crops, illustrating how OmicsBox enables real biological interpretation across diverse species.
The session will conclude with a forward-looking overview of upcoming features in OmicsBox 4, offering insights into the technologies and functionalities that will further streamline bioinformatics analysis.
