- Set To Sense: Switch the sense of your sequences based on the best blast hit frame
- Longest ORF: Crop and convert sequences to longest ORF
- Find and select or remove all duplicate, redundant sequences
- Sequence table side panel option: Extract Selection
- Sequence table now allows sort by selection
- Text export for Fishers Exact Text and Enriched Graphs
- Run Fishers Exact Text only for a specific Gene Ontology category
